How do I order a copy of your book?
Bailey’s Adventures…Learning to Read is available for purchase through Shopify. The direct link can be found under the “Book” tab. Unsigned copies are $17.99 and signed copies are $22.99.
How do I schedule a face painting/ caricature event?
Contact us! All face painting and caricature inquiries can be made via email (Averymthompson14@gmail.com). Simply reach out about your desired event and specifics, and I will respond with availability and a quote.
Can I cancel my custom cartoon order?
Communication is key! If you have yet to receive a proof of your custom cartoon portrait, and wish to cancel your order, you can do so by completing the cancellation form sent to you in your confirmation message/email. Please do so as soon as possible! My time is valuable, as is yours, so I ask that you honor mine as I do yours. I do ask that you understand that once a piece is complete and you have the piece, that payment is required (as this is a provided service), and because of this no refunds are available to those who purchase only digital portraits. In some RARE cases, refunds are available to those who have purchased a physical print, if certain conditions are met.
How does pricing work for a custom cartoon portrait?
Prices are determined by overall creative time and complexity. Aspects such as backgrounds, additional characters, and detailed hair and clothing add to creative time. I ask that you respect how hard I work to provide you with quality pieces, and how much time goes into that. My prices are relatively fair compared to other custom artists.
What sort of payment do you accept?
I currently accept Cashapp, Zelle, and PayPal, when items are purchased online. Items purchased at in-person events can be paid for in cash, by Venmo, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Zelle, PayPal, Square, and card (Mastercard, Discover, Visa, Amex, etc.).
